1. Agreement
By adding kozzyx to your Discord server, or by using any of its commands, you
agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, remove the bot from your
server and stop using it.
These terms apply to everyone who interacts with the bot - server admins,
mods, and regular members.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, per
Discord's Terms of Service.
- You must follow Discord's
Community Guidelines at all times.
- Server admins are responsible for making sure their members' use of the bot complies with these terms.
3. Using the bot
You can use kozzyx for lawful purposes within your Discord server. You agree
not to:
- Use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
- Try to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the bot or its backend.
- Use AI commands to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly inappropriate content.
- Spam or flood the bot with requests in a way that degrades service for others.
- Use moderation commands to abuse or unfairly target users.
- Manipulate invite tracking, the warn system, or any other data in bad faith.
- Use the bot for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the owner.
4. AI-generated content
Commands like /ask, /imagine, and
/translate use a third-party AI service. By using them, you
acknowledge:
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate - use your judgment.
- You're responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content.
- Generating content that violates Discord's guidelines or applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
- The bot owner is not responsible for the accuracy or consequences of AI output.
5. Service availability
The bot is provided as is and as available.
There's no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
- The bot may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues at any time.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server that violates these terms, without warning.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot owner is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of
kozzyx, including but not limited to: loss of data or server content, moderation
actions taken in error, downtime or service interruptions, and consequences of
AI-generated content.
7. Privacy
Your use of kozzyx is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms by
reference.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, the
Last updated date at the top changes. Continued use after any
changes means you accept the new terms.
It's on you to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with a
change, remove the bot from your server.
